Serving the growing communities of Milton, Oakville, Clarkson and Halton Hills our Hospitals are very much a part of Halton's rich history and have a long-standing tradition of providing quality care to many generations of area families. Together, they serve over 275,000 residents.
Elder Services Advisory Committee
ESAC is an advisory committee made up of 20-24 voting members. The membership goal is to include a balance of seniors and service providers for seniors, from the four municipalities in Halton - Burlington, Halton Hills (Acton and Georgetown), Milton and Oakville.
Community Care Access Centres
CCACs are local organizations that help you access various community support and helath agencies in your community.

A personal emergency response service is for people who:

  1. Have had a serious fall or are at high risk of falling.
  2. Are predisposed to serious injury in the event of a fall.
  3. Wish to remain active and independent despite their advancing years.
  4. Live with medical or physical challenges.
  5. Have recently been discharged from hospital.
  6. Are recently bereaved.

Help is available at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
